Our range of extra services is quite wide and might differ from project to project. We will make sure You receive the very product You wanted with countless variations of finishes. We’ll think ahead and give You all the options with our free quotation. All the oak beams can be left coarse, cleaned or polished to perfection. We allow one free visit to ease the doors if needed and there’s also a 5 years guarantee on all of our products in unlikely event of any part of it being unsatisfactory. There are exceptions from guarantee detailed in our agreement with customers.

From Start to finish, we will handle every stage of the development of your oak building.

On your demand our design team will produce your individual and unique design drawings, together with a detailed specification and quotation for the work required. We will also be able to advise you as to whether your garage/building will require planning permission or not. Once you have agreed to proceed with the project, our in house Computer Aided Design team will produce the necessary drawings, site plans and forms, and submit them to your local authority for their consideration if you need this service. Once your planning application has been approved or should you not require planning permission, our CAD technicians will produce the necessary building drawings for both the base works and the garage/building construction. The drawings then have to be approved by an independent structural engineer prior to manufacturing. Whilst the Oak frame is in production we will complete the building control details for their approval. We will of course, keep you informed as to the progress of your building project at all stages, and copies of all drawings and detailing will be forwarded to you throughout the process.
